Order Groups by the automatic Count number

When you make a Group in a View, you get a Count number next to the name of the value of the Field you grouped by. Is there any way to order those Groups not by the name of the group, but by the Count number? Thanks!

There is a Zapier trigger when a field is created, and a Zapier action to update existing records. However, there is no Zapier trigger that uses a record being updated as a starting point. For example, I can have a Zap that says when a new customer is added to my base, add them to a Mailchimp list. When the new record is added, I have a single select called ‘Status’. When the customer is added, this is set to ‘Lead’. If this customer moves to ‘Dealt’, it would be great to able to move that customer onto a different targeting list on Mailchimp. However, because ‘When a record is updated’ isn’t available as a starting point, a lot of potential actions are ruled out.

I’m hoping this is the easiest feature request you’ve ever gotten! All I want is to send form notification emails to other members of my team. For example: I use a form to collect info so we can book airline reservations for our presenters. I want to notify a team member when a new form comes in so they can book the flight. I don’t want this team member to have edit access – and I think that’s the only current way to get them the notification email (they edit the form and select “email me”). So in the screenshot below, in addition to the “email me” option, I’d like to see an “email team member” option.

Please add the ability to add formulas & reference other columns to the Rich Text Format type columns. Would be great if can have a default text option as well 🙂

We use forms to help with faster/more accurate data entry. It would be great if the help text in the forms automatically filled with the field description. As is, I enter this info twice because some team members like to use the form to fill in the database, and others like to do it from within Airtable.

Currently, it does not appear I can directly access forms on a mobile device. If I have the share link, I can access the actual form to do data entry. However, if I don’t have the share link handy, there’s no obvious way to access the form or even the share link. So, the simplest solution would appear to be: If selecting a view that’s a form, (while editing isn’t allowed) allow the user to get to the live form (for data entry) or at least provide the share link in the error message. Please connect the dots here.

Hello I start to use your application and I have to say it s very very impressive and quite corresponding to our needs I ve a question: Do you plan some dropbox integration where instead of downloading the file from dropbox, you juste save the weblink so the documents are still stored in dropbox and where they are updated they are everytime up to date. I actually use URL field to store the link of each file but a kind of small native application would be better (no need to paste and copy) The functions of grouping and filtering etc are really amazing :slightly_smiling_face:

Please make it an option to select multiple views and change specific configurations. Use case - I have a base with hundreds of identical views shared with outside customers and the only difference is each view is filtered by the specific customer (so they can only see their information we want to give them). If change one of the filtered fields, I then must manually go into each each view and re-do the configurations. Right now I have to create a “Template View”. Go into each view and “Copy another view’s configuration” Select the “Template View” Select all to copy configuration Go into the filter and change the customer name back to who I made the view for. Then repeat 100’s of times This takes hours :frowning: Would be nice to just be able to select multiple views at once and edit specific configurations. Then should only take a minute. Thanks for listening.
