This is quickly becoming one of my largest “needs” as I have created work a rounds for many of my other feature requests and just (as of yet) been unable to find a reliable, single step, process for sharing content as an attachment to Airtable. This ranges from needing to Share e-mails, e-mail attachments, etc without needing to first download them into Google Drive or similar and then open Airtable and attach manually. Having to save in multiple places creates multiple steps as well as causes me to have to have the files saved in multiple places and is just messy. Especially since, fundamentally, Airtable is meant to be my organizational utility. Is this something that is even on the Roadmap currently? ... View more

Suggestion to add a new Field type in air table : Time Stampes logs / notes. Ie. a type of field that keeps the history of all the notes taken, and each time a new note is written, it saved it with the date and time. Would be neat to be able to easily input a url for an API and have the response automatically generate an Airtable table. Then I want to manually (or ideally semi automatically) link rows in my other tables to this API data so I can then do other formulas and rollups. When I turn off linking to multiple records in both table fields in a linked record, I can still select multiple records in both records. In my two tables, Projects and Estimates, I have a Project field and an Estimate field, respectively. When I open up project 1 (the first record) and link to an estimate, I can only link to one or create one. Likewise, when I open up Estimate 1 (the first record in the estimate table), I can’t select any records, because project 1 is already linked. But, when I create project 2 and try to link an estimate, I can select the estimate already linked to project 1. This seems to break the rule that neither side can have multiple links. I think a feature like collapsable fields would be helpful. It is done be indenting a field and it goes under a larger task. That way they can be hidden and sort of stacked. ... View more
