The organization of bases within a Pro workspace is insufficient. Naming and/or color coding is not enough. As the number of bases increases, you need to archive old data or may wish to logically organize bases into groups (or collections), for the growing volume of bases. Can we please have a better user experience to group bases. Airtable has an existing analogy for this with “sections” that group views. At an account level, we needs similar functionality to group bases. My recommendation is that these be called "collections". When I used to use salesforce, I was able to manage a lot of data with charts/graphs. I could click sections of a graph (a piece of a pie/donut chart bar graph, dot on a scatterplot, etc) and it would show the underlying data tables that was being summarized by the chart/dashboard. Requesting an actual field type for tasks. I’m working around this with the long text field by adding checkbox bullets but I can’t see how many complete vs incomplete tasks I have without expanding every single long text field. Trellos Checklists - I love trello’s checklists because you can do a single paste and trello will recognize and convert each item into its own checklist item. for example: this is my first task this is my second task this is my third task hit “ENTER” automatically turns into: SmartSuite cannot recognize the multiple lines and split into multiple tasks yet but they still have a checklist field that shows a running total of completed vs incomplete tasks at a glance. Would love the capability to reorganize opened records. SmartSuite came out with this functionality and it is very clean and user friendly. They also have sections which would help to default collapse certain sections that I don’t need to see such as my calculations running in the background that are only used to for formulas and automations being run. I want to be able to show off the photos of my records. There’s too many interface elements. I just want to browse through the photos and click on a record to view the image nice and large. Prototype Design suggestions: gallery should not have any labels, just the first attachment should be simple to arrow left/right between records record information should be hidden away (maybe behind some click that shows more info) Nice to have: a slider near search to control the number of columns (and thus the gallery image size) masonry layout dark theme Current design notes: Things are too cluttered & distracting due to lots of labels and lines.
