I’d like to have a formula that generates the user that changed a checkbox. For example, if a piece of equipment is checked out with a checkbox their username and date auto appear in the adjacent columns.
Any thoughts?

+18Unfortunately not possible. You can only see the changes and user in the revision history of the expanded record.
