It would be great if there was a way to automatically update the field on Airtable when you change the label in a gmail inbox. Can this be developed?

Unknown until we explore the requirements a bit more. To recap, is this accurate?
- A message in Gmail is tagged with a label.
- That label is updated into Airtable (how, we don’t know).
- At some point thereafter, the label is modified and ideally, the Airtable record(s) with this lable need to be updated.
