I need some advice / help related to video:
Here's what happens:
I upload video to AirTable.
Later, I CAN download this same video from the desktop, but NOT via the app on my phone. Instead, I get a message that says, "Video not saved."
Any insights?

+4It could be a video formatting thing. Perhaps your phone doesn't like the video format or maybe it hasn't had time to download completely before saving to your phone. Another thought is to upload the video to another service such as Dropbox and include the link to the video in your airtable base.
