I am wondering if anyone can help me with the process of setting up a form within an auto email that I can have a client fill out and send back to me. I have the automation email set up but within that email I need to know how to send a questionnaire type form to the client to fill out, thanks.
+35That is both not possible with Airtable and is also not recommended since forms won’t be guaranteed to display/function properly in emails. That’s why you never see forms in emails. You should send a link to your form instead.

Ok understood, well is it possible with airtable to have a link to a form?

yes - create the form - open the form (this is its url)
then include that url in the automated email
