I have a field in a table whose values are links to records from another table. However, when I access this field via API, I'm getting some record IDs that do not correspond to any record ID in the whole base, and as a result I cannot obtain the values displayed on the web UI via API. What might be the problem here?

Thanks for the reply Adam. But I don't have any synced view in the base. Could you give more details on how the synced view caused this problem and how you dealt with it? It might be able to give me some insights. Thanks.

Ahh, sorry, I don't remember much about it. Something to do with the record ID being from the synced base and not my current one I think
