What a night last Thursday was! Thank you so much to everyone who came along to our Automate Your Workflows with Airtable & AI event in Sydney. It was brilliant to meet so many of you in person and we're buzzing to keep these going throughout the year. 🙌

For those who couldn't make it, we've got you covered.

Our team member James has recorded a full walkthrough of the use case he built and shared on the night. It's centred around a digital media agency (the Banana Stand) and covers three practical ways AI can do the heavy lifting inside Airtable:

🤖 Sales inbox automation: an unstructured enquiry comes in and Field Agents turn it into a full company research report, a priority score, clarifying questions, and a ready-to-send response

📋 Campaign correspondence summaries: instead of digging through months of Slack and emails, Field Agents surface only what actually matters when your team needs a status update

📊 A custom trends dashboard: built using Airtable's Omni AI, showing what's trending on social each week with embedded videos your creative team can actually act on

James also walks through the React source code behind the custom interface and shows how daisy-chaining Field Agents creates some seriously powerful compounding output.

You can watch the full recording on our LinkedIn here or directly on Loom here

Hope you enjoy it and as always, drop any questions or reactions in the thread below. 👇

Also have to give a massive shoutout to James for the demo, loved the custom interface example.
