Sounds like something similar indeed.
Not sure to get it: how many creators were you to edit those 40 bases?
I guess there were interfaces plugged to those bases ? based on airtable or somewhere else?

+15 devs with high level access and 20 devs with access to most internal processes and data that is not sensitive.
I main owner and I process owner. The improvements and support is distributed based on needs, availability and urgency inside the team.
