Our summer UK Crew Meet Up is upon us:

Its BYOB - Bring Your Own Build. And leave with a better one.

At the London Builder Crew meet up, you'll swap tips, get the inside scoop on Airtable's newest features, then dig into your own workflow with fellow builders and an Airtable expert at your table.

What's happening:

  • Today I Learned (TIL): rapid-fire tips and tricks from the room

  • The latest Airtable features, straight from an expert

  • BYOB: small groups, real workflows, expert-guided problem solving (no build to bring? come for the inspo and jump in on someone else's)

  • Networking with the London & UK builder community

This one's for:

  • Airtable builders in London and beyond who want to level up and connect

  • Anyone curious about the newest features to enhance your builds

  • Builders with a workflow they're ready to push further

  • Anyone who's ever wanted to ask "wait, how did you build that?" in person

We can't wait to see you there!

Excellent, thanks for arranging this.

Looking forward to it!

Hoping I can learn a lot from it, not just in terms of the main meeting purpose but also to understand how a good event is run, so that I can learn myself then hopefully run a Northern crew meet up in the future.

I know it’s a long way for me to travel, but I might come along to this one.  Will check the diary and see if it can work.

@David_Anderson1 it’d be good to have fellow Northerner there!

I was chatting to some of the Airtable folks yesterday at their AI event (very nice, particularly as I sat next to the Air Con!), and brought up exactly the topic of a spread of user group leads, satellites, whatever to call them. Defo think it is something to do post summer hols!

I’ve registered to attend this event - looking forward to it, but also to learn from the event itself as I’ve been asked to take on the “Captain” role for Airtable Scottish Crew.  Learning curve ahead ahead of trying to organise the first event later this year 😊

Fab news David - I’d not count too much on learning from me here as this will only be the second IRL event we’ve done - classic teacher mentality, know just enough for the next lesson each time!

Great initiative! The BYOB concept is a smart way to learn — bringing real builds and getting feedback from experienced Airtable users can lead to practical improvements.

Even if you don’t have a project ready, it’s a great chance to exchange ideas, discover new features, and connect with the builder community. Hope everyone attending has a great meetup!

I was rather proud of the BYOB moniker… given it is BBQ season!
