Keeping data across bases synced up

I have 2 bases which have the same structure and data BaseCollaboration & BaseSharing. This is because I cannot add Collaborator only for some tables in the base.

I use BaseCollaboration for allowing team members to add and edit on the tables and I use BaseSharing for giving read only access. I want to be able to sync both the bases. Has anyone used any other tool for this? Or any other way to allow add/edit access to only certain tables in the base?

    It allows for syncing between tables/bases.
