I am trying to export multiple AirTable records in one PDF. Concrete case is a list of samples that have several values, I want to create a pdf that will be handed to the lab for testing containing a list of multiple selected records in a nice format, not just a CSV. Are there any tools or extension for that? I couldn't find anything so far.
If this is not possible in AirTable, does anyone know a work around? For example exporting a view as CSV and then automatically converting the CSV to the PDF format, maybe in Google Workspace? Or through the interface?
Thank you very much!

As you mentioned, you will need to turn to an external document creation app if you would like to automatically create PDF files with Airtable.
Here are a few popular 3rd-party apps for automatically generating PDF documents from Airtable:
DocuMint — the original document creation app for Airtable. Creates PDF files.
DocsAutomator — creates Google Docs documents or PDF files.

Hi everyone! I wanted to share a solution I've built specifically for better PDF exports from Airtable: typeflow.us
It handles all the formatting hassles mentioned here - custom layouts, proper page breaks, images, and rich text formatting.
What makes it different is that it's built specifically for Airtable users. You can create beautiful PDFs directly from your base while keeping your data in sync. It works great for contracts, proposals, reports, or any document where presentation matters.
You can try it out for free to see if it solves your formatting needs. Would love to hear your thoughts!
