What is the proposed idea/solution? Allow greater customisation of the Grid element in both interfaces and automations, in 3 ways: First, in the same way that field on an interface can have a 'friendly' display name, allow the same for grid columns (interface & automations). Second, allow the primary key field to be hidden (interfaces only, as this already exists in automations). Third, allow column order to be manually set (in interfaces a workaround is to create a view, but in automations there is no workaround, and column ordering is determined by when fields were added to the base table). What is the proposed idea/solution? Within a Calendar Week View - Similarly to how we can collapse a weekend to only show weekdays, I'd like the ability to collapse hours outside of designated working hours. This requirements differs for each user, some who work 24/hr shifts need access to all hours, but those of us who don't most likely just need to see a configurable 1/3 of the day. In the Preview mode give two icons (mobile and laptop screens) to toggle between Preview on Mobile or Preview on Laptop In the Interface > Preview on Mobile screen, is very ikely that the user may want to either rearrange or hide certain elements from the mobile responsive view. So provide list of all elements with a Show/Hide toggle.  If an elements is hidden in mobile view, it should not get automatically hidden from the web view. What is the proposed idea/solution? Identify which area the columns belong to through colors. How does is solve the user problems? It allows identifying groups of columns belonging to different teams, departments or stages of a process. How was this validated? By right clicking on a column, in the edition, there will be a colored icon. There, you could choose the color of the column (using the same shape and colors used in Single Select. What is the proposed idea/solution? Similar to the "Number" element, have an element that will surface the text of a top result. How does is solve the user problems? I have a dashboard of scores to determine a best solution. I can create bar charts and organize the x-axis to display rank in order of highest to lowest. I can add a Number element to pull the score for a particular solution. But I would like to create a dynamic element that surfaces the top ranking solution's name, without pulling in a grid or list. Airtable interfaces have totally changed the way we are able to work with our data. Working in the actual bases is becoming more and more an admisitrative task, designing and creating the data architecture as well as all processes working in the background (scripts, automations, extensions). A new type of interface experience This calls for a completely new powerful approach to how interfaces are organised and accessed. We would like end users to sign into their Airtable account and see something like a landing page of our company (workspace). There they are shown the interfaces they can access (permissions). Interfaces from all bases in that workspace. This landing page should have design features, so I can create this experience. A new type of user level? This also could call for a completely new category of users. People who exclusively work with data through interfaces and no longer have any contact with the base in the background. This user level could be divided into two groups: People being able to work with data: create new records, edit data, etc. People only viewing data New pricing modell? With this a whole new pricing modell could be considered. Our company uses many different interfaces to use different tables, but it would be nice if I did not rely solely on one color for the "blocks" in the interface.  Having multiple color options allows one to easily identify the contents of a blocked section and to add some variety.
