We would love the ability for Airtable’s calendars to display data from multiple tables simultaneously. Currently, Airtable’s calendars can only pull from a single table, which forces our database design so that we must somehow get all of our calendar data into a single table. This is definitely doable, but it makes things more complex because it often requires us (and our users) to jump through extra hoops. But, if the calendars could natively display data from MULTIPLE TABLES simultaneously, it would open up a whole world of possibilities — and make database design much easier for us! 🙂 Thanks! ... Shift + Scroll was working very well up until a few weeks ago. I am not sure what you guys changes, but it is definitely only a bug related to Airtable. Shift + Scroll works fine in every other windows application. Also tried the following from a few completely different PCs and the bug is still present. So it is most definitely Airtable related. Whenever you hold shift and scroll, it moves horizontally fine. But at the end of the scroll, it moves a few rows up or down depending on the direction you’ve moved your mouse scroll wheel. This was not the case up until a few weeks ago. It all started happening when you updated something. So please try to fix this one. In a sheet with a lot of columns and formulas added, it difficult to easily identify the input columns from columns that are automatically populated through formulas, roll-ups and look-up functions. It would be useful to be able to colour code the header label/icon of a column or an entire vertical column: When customising a column/field type it if the user could assign a colour to the column. This could colour code the header, icon or perhaps the entire column (similar to the appearance when a column is used for sorting). OR: Perhaps this could even be automated eg. Field types that populate column with automated data (eg. look-up, formula and roll-up field types) could have a different coloured icon/header/column to the columns where data needs to be manually input. This would make it clearer which are input columns vs automated formula columns. For example, when creating creating an excel spreadsheet I would always colour code the input columns codes to make these easy to identify against the automated columns that users don’t need to touch. I have my data grouped by year / month (which are formula fields generated from the date field). In this grouped view, it is not possible to add a new record. It is crazy! The data will always be in this view and grouped like this since it is accounts for different months. As far as i see, i have to ungroup everything to then add a record and then regroup everything to see the data in a way that makes sense, its super clunky and totally illogical. Is there a workaround for this? i just started using the software, but if this is a real limitation, its much faster to go back to use excel as its totally broken like this. Hi This relates to embedding a form using the autosize height checkbox. If I select add attachment, the dialog will load in the top of the form which users do not see as it way above the viewport. So this autosize setting can’t be used where attachments are involved, I have had to use a set height scrolling form which is terrible for UX. Currently when you select the “Is Any Of” filter you are not able to filter by the fields that are empty. For example, if I have a single select column called status with values: “To Do”, “Doing”, “Done”. Then I want to show only records with “To Do”, “Doing” and Empty. I cannot do it. I have to choose whether I want to show only empty or anything with value in it. So if you can just add the option EMPTY in the filters “Is any of” or “is none of” it would be great! ... View more

For some reason I cannot select the option “Unique” on the bottom summary menu when the column type is “Link to another record”. THere is only Empty, Filled, Percent Empty and Percent Filled. This should not be hard to add as the option is already there for other columns. It is very important to be present for these type of columns as well. ... View more

It is great that we are able to restrict the selection of a Linked Field based on view. What I really need is to be able to restrict the selection based on a kind of dynamic view. Here’s an example. I have Clients, Tasks and Expenses table. In the expenses table, I select a linked Client. I then select a linked Task. When I click to select the task, I am shown all tasks for all clients. I’d like to restrict the view so that I only see tasks related to the selected client. Is this possible? I think it would probably require having parameters in views and then the ability to set that parameter based on the value of a field or formula. ... View more
