We see Airtable horror stories like this one all the time: Restoring a Workspace Formulas Please help! I did the most idiotic thing you could imagine — I deleted my entire workspace! I have one base there that is my entire business. How can I retrieve it? I know that there are snapshots but how can I locate them when the workspace has been deleted? Without reliable & consistent backups built into the Airtable platform that actually backup the entire database & entire workspace on a regularly consistent basis, Airtable really can’t be depended on for mission-critical business operations. Even the snapshot feature isn’t reliable, because it kicks in randomly whenever it chooses to do so. But if you accidentally delete an entire database or workspace, even the (unreliable) snapshot feature is no good. I would like to mark the time of year that something happens in the natural world so that it would appear on a calendar, every year. In Google Calendar, this is just a date field that is marked as “every year” but it could also just be a date field with no year. Hi, I like to invite external collaborators on my bases sometimes however I could see complaints from my external collaborators on getting Airtable marketing emails. I hope this option can be added if it is not avaliable. I know they can unsubscribe from the marketing emails themselves, but I rather my collaborators do not even get Airtalbe marketing emails after they accept my invite in the 1st place as they are not that tech savvy ... We would love the ability for Airtable’s calendars to display data from multiple tables simultaneously. Currently, Airtable’s calendars can only pull from a single table, which forces our database design so that we must somehow get all of our calendar data into a single table. This is definitely doable, but it makes things more complex because it often requires us (and our users) to jump through extra hoops. But, if the calendars could natively display data from MULTIPLE TABLES simultaneously, it would open up a whole world of possibilities — and make database design much easier for us! 🙂 Thanks! ... New Pro user here. I like the Page Designer, but it’s only one page. It would be great to be able to create a multi-page report. Shift + Scroll was working very well up until a few weeks ago. I am not sure what you guys changes, but it is definitely only a bug related to Airtable. Shift + Scroll works fine in every other windows application. Also tried the following from a few completely different PCs and the bug is still present. So it is most definitely Airtable related. Whenever you hold shift and scroll, it moves horizontally fine. But at the end of the scroll, it moves a few rows up or down depending on the direction you’ve moved your mouse scroll wheel. This was not the case up until a few weeks ago. It all started happening when you updated something. So please try to fix this one.
