When you use “Link to other record fields” in Interfaces you can show several items. However if you use links or buttons, they are not useable in the interface. My workaround for now is to also fetch a link from the same table and then show that link as a separate field in the Interface. But as you can see it is not pretty. I have one formula field that watches another field for a particular value like ‘Started task’ and will mark a timestamp when it sees it. I have another formula field watching for ‘Done task’. The problem is that when I change status from ‘Started task’ to ‘Done task’ in the watched field, my ‘Started task’ date disappears. I wish there was a way in a formula to do something like ‘compute only the first time you see this’, so that it sticks for all time. I have repeatedly accidentally lost data as I entered it in a form. Here is what happens. I am filling out a form. I am about half way through. I realize I don’t know the value I should enter for a particular field. In my browser, I navigate out of the form to go find out this information. I come back to the form an the form is now empty. My organization is looking at using Airtable for our yearly enrollment process. Every year, members renew, and some new ones join. We would love it if renewing members could put in their business name into a form view, and their information from last year would auto-populate, and they only had to review information (rather than enter it all over again). Can this please be done with Airtable? If Airtable doesn’t do this in the program itself, what third-party programs can I link to Airtable to make this happen? Hi, I am currently having a table with multiple columns that have same or similar values. It would be nice if you could refer all the columns with a single variable like “COLUMNS” to use in the formula field. That way if I add more columns, I will not have to rely on me or someone else to update the formula with details of the new column. You guys rock btw! ... View more

Include “test connection” button on the Connected Accounts profile window Often times I don’t know if the connection is working or not. Is Airtable checking the connection all the time so it would notify me if there is an issue? Likely not checking, so I would like to be able to run the connection (authorization) check myself.
