I’d like the ability to create and save multiple drafts within the SendGrid block. We use it to send a handful of basically “evergreen” transactional emails. At the moment, we create drafts in a shared Google doc that include {field data} to personalize the messages. This isn’t too cumbersome, but occasionally we make improvements to the draft within SendGrid after reviewing the Preview – in these cases, if we don’t then remember to update the draft in the Google doc atferwards, we lose all our work. The calendar picker is rendered fairly useless when you try to add a non local date such as a birth date. Yes, you can enter the date as text. But a date picker is less error prone.
I suggest something like and arrow above and below the year in the calendar that would let you quickly spin forward or backward through the years. Might be worth while for the months also.
The side to side arrows remain for primal months in the current year.
Think about the date selection mechanism on iOS for inspiration : )

Would it be possible to have a field type : “link to another table” - similar to “link to another record” but allows linking to other tables in the same base.
For example, within the same base, I have : 1 table with a list of tasks and 10 tables for different procedures, within each of these, there is a large list of tasks.
I would like to link tasks in my first table to tasks in any of the other tables.
At the moment I have to add a column for each of my 10 tables within which I have to define a subtask in order to have a record in the cell, it would be so much easier to have one column where I choose a table I want to link the record to and then maybe a second column with the record within that table.

Please give us an arrow to the left of the team that we can use to collapse all of the bases. I’ve got so many teams, and finding a specific base is becoming tedious.

It would be nice if there was an easy way to see all missing field errors in Airtable. Right now if I delete a field (e.g. accidentally) I have to scroll through the whole table (100’s of fields) to look look for fields showing the red exclamation sign. Suggesting: Add a notification somewhere visible in the interface saying there are Missing Fields errors An Airtable App that would list all the fields with red exlamation sign, maybe show additional information what the missing field was etc and clicking on those would take me directly to the table where the field is.

Please correct me if i’m wrong. I don’t see a CASE statement in Airtable.
It’s a classical one but still very useful if you can avoid unreadable nested IF statements :
CASE (
condition1; Statement if condition1 is TRUE; statement if condition1 is FALSE;
Condition2; Statement if condition2 is TRUE; statement if condition2 is FALSE; …
DEFAULT VALUE when nothing else matched )
Advantage: The evaluation ends with the first condition that matches

Hi there,
We are currently developing an app about food with ingredients, recipes and menus. Basically, we generate thousands of balanced menus from the recipes, based on their ingredients. Our problem is that when we make some reporting into AirTable to see those created menus, we make around 5K request to the server. What we would like to do, is to group them in a single, lightweight zip. That would be so much better for all of us :grinning_face_with_big_eyes:

Hi,
I just noticed that record views do not show field descriptions. The descriptions are very nice in the table view and probably more important in a record view where it is harder to understand what a field is supposed to do without other records for context.
Speaking of context in the record view, it would be super-helpful if clicking that tiny, invisible link back to the source table at the top of the form also took you to the record in the table.
I would also love to see a control to hide or unhide fields in the record view. I just figured out that the first view controls which fields are hidden on the form, but wouldn’t it be nice to be able to control (visibility and order of fields) from the form?

I’d like to suggest a new Block that displays Form contents, in the same format in which the Forms are submitted–what the submitter sees. Ideally, with an optional plain-text or minimal-formatting mode, allowing us easy copy/paste of creative briefs.
