Can we nest / organize the posts on the community forum (with expand/collapse buttons) something like this:
There are posts that I noticed which are duplicates or closely related. And I think it would be helpful if they showed up in a grouped fashion under each related post. (thereby helping users NOT repost, or find the topic which has the most views/comments and post in the more active or appropriate location)
Just thought this would be helpful to both the development team and users. For instance, I have noticed many posts (3) related to “persistent sorting”.
The grouping criteria could maybe be something like cross links (which Airtable already tracks), or the “suggested topics” (yes, already available, but not in this fashion).

It would be useful if the filters had an option to turn off or on accents sensitive search when working with data in foreign languages: e.g. a search to find Lucía could find all Lucia and Lucía.

I built a base to track my medicine but need a time field type to improve it. Any chance that could be developed? You probably want to build in standard time where user can designate their time zone and what is known as military time.

Being able to adjust row height and wrap text within the fields would be really useful for some applications where long text is required. Some applications lend themselves to scrolling through long lists of text and quickly identifying and editing records, which cannot be done efficiently in an “expanded” record view. The new gallery view is nice for photos and things but still really not appropriate for chronological long-text entries that need to be visually scanned by scrolling.

When we put URL, have name like (Link name)[http://www…] like in markdown. This way we can put short name and multiple URL in field for action. Actually we see “http://ww…” everywhere, not userful.

I’d like to be able to assign any given field to be displayed as the title on a calendar view. For example, I have a table of team practices with dates and descriptions. I’d like a calendar view that would display the description on the calendar on the corresponding date.

If every detail is entered and clicking a button to show the result calculation will be useful in many ways…
Like calculating freight rate, profit finder, eligibility etc,
By entering selling price, cost, weight and clicking button will give profit percentage?
Say for shipping calculator, by entering weight, dimensions, etc., can give the formulated result?
It can be done in table but if we can present it in a calculator type view it will be beneficial… Hope I’m making sense in explaining ::doubt::

I have a rather long list of tables at the moment (though I am hoping to combine some of them into fewer tables), and the tabs are taking up about half of my laptop monitor. It would be nice to be able to hide these tabs to increase the size of the work area.

At the moment, if I add a field to a table, it automatically appears in any forms I have created for that table. This is very annoying! Once I have created a form, I don’t expect to have to keep checking it to make sure it still looks the way I want it to.
This happens most often if I link a field, thus creating the reciprocating link in the linked table. I generally don’t want that reciprocating link in my form. Then today, I duplicated a table so I could play with it without upsetting the original data. Unfortunately, because this table contains links to all my other tables, every other table got an extra few fields which have then turned up in all my forms. It’s a mess! Please can you remove this auto-add feature?
