Via the "hidden fields" button, we can select which fields are shown and reorder them. We can't however alphabetically sort this list. When you have a lot of fields, it would be useful to be able to do that. It would also be great, just like in some Interface functions I think, if the ones we select jump to the top of the list, so we don't have to manually drag them up.

What is the proposed idea/solution? Other elements, such as Calendar, Timeline, Gallery and Kanban to act as Record Pickers, allowing for records to be clicked within the element, and their subsequent fields to be looked-up and displayed within the interface. Think of the way a Record Picker element behaves, and now apply that behaviour to the other Elements. When you think about a Calendar, it's showing records just like the record picker is showing records, just in a different visual format. Further to these mentioned elements, this same Record Pick behaviour should also be added to Linked Fields and Lookup Fields. How does is solve the user problems? The Record Picker is a very powerful element - but I feel it shouldn't have a monopoly over its specific functionality, and that the other elements such as Calendar etc would all benefit vastly from having this same ability. Who is the target audience? Anyone building and using Interfaces, where multiple tables are in play, typically at 3 levels deep - for example, Project -> (Task Dictionary) -> Task.

What is the proposed idea/solution? Just a way to quickly jump to a specific date in the Calendar view. Could use a similar drop-down menu when selecting the "date" field or even an "enter date" search bar How does solve the user problems? I wouldn't have to rapidly click "decrement/increment current range" to get to the date I'm looking for.

LOVING the new List Views! It would be extremely helpful for our group if "Purchase Order" was one of the field name options (like "record" or "unit" or "task"). Our team base is helping us track invoices against contracts and which POs they were paid on. "Contract" and "Invoice" names already exist, but we currently have to use "Order" for our tier-two level, since there's no Purchase Order or PO option. Thanks!

What is the proposed idea/solution? Our interfaces are growing ever more complex, longer and more difficult to handle. Two things that would make life much easier: Being able to create sections (visual containers) that can be collappsed and unfolded. Conditional visibility of these sections and individual fields (like in forms) How does is solve the user problems? This would help us to only show the fields and sections needed for specific cases or situations based on conditions that we can define, similar to conditional fields in forms.

What is the proposed idea/solution? When viewing a record's comments in a base, any comments made against an attachment also appear, as in the attached image. When viewing a record's comments in an interface, comments made against an attachment do not appear, as in the other attached image. I would like the record comments in the interface to behave like it does in the base. How does is solve the user problems? Though it is very convenient to be able to comment directly against attachments, it is inconvenient for the person reading the record to view all of these different attachments to find comments they may or may not care about. The record's comment should be the central place to find comments. This is how it currently works when viewing comments from the base and I would like it to work the same way (at least as a configurable option) for interfaces for the same reasons. Asking Interface users to check multiple places for comments isn't friendly.

I need a way to archive the bases. We collect Survey data among other metrics via air table, for a growing company. I know that we could move them to another workspace, but I don't believe that would work since they are currently on the pro plan and would have to be moved over to a workspace on the free plan. We still want to keep the data as is and accessible. If we can't archive is there a way to create folders to separate bases? I would love that, not only to have an archive folder but to better organize my currently used bases as well.

What is the proposed idea/solution? When using the below code within a script, console.log(table.getView("Grid view")) The return object needs to include visible field Names and IDs from the target view. How does is solve the user problems? Currently, there is NO way to automate the return of visible field names/ids from views. View names must be hardcoded at script level, which is an utter pain. OR, the script author may simply start to return all fields within a table, which is a wasteful practice. Who is the target audience? Anyone who writes Scripts with the Scripting Extension or the Automation Script action.

It will be really great to have a simple automation that just copies the data from one field to another. As sometimes I just need the data in another format.

What is the proposed idea/solution? A better and more flexible way to export views as pdf. How does is solve the user problems? Now the pdf export for views is very limited. There is no logo options, row dimension settings,.... How was this validated? Who is the target audience? People at meetings, users who still need to print to do lists for collaboration ( i'm an architect and workers on the field need information printed on paper)
