Currently when selecting multiple rows and right clicking these you are presented with two options “send all selected records” and “delete all selected records” but no option to download these as a CSV. Sending these records to an email works to some extent as these can be copy and pasted into an excel doc, but it can be difficult to highlight all the fields to copy when there are a lot of records, and this just creates another unnecessary step. The download as CSV function in the menu bar is great, but it downloads all the records in the table. Therefore just having the ability to download a selection of files as a CSV would be great. ... I’m hoping this is the easiest feature request you’ve ever gotten! All I want is to send form notification emails to other members of my team. For example: I use a form to collect info so we can book airline reservations for our presenters. I want to notify a team member when a new form comes in so they can book the flight. I don’t want this team member to have edit access – and I think that’s the only current way to get them the notification email (they edit the form and select “email me”). I’m using bases to create several budgets to manage lead source, subdivided into categories. When I group my lead sources by category, I want to be able to run the same calculations I do on each individual entry. I have basic formulas in several columns. ROI - Sales/Spend Cost Per Lead - Spend/Leads Conv % Jobs/Leads I’d like the summary bar for each group to run those calculations too. I would love to see basic text formatting options for the long text field. At a minimum: bold and italic formatting would be a huge help. I would like to use long text fields to store short bios for writers. But without the ability to have italic formatting, I can’t properly format the titles of their books. Hello Airtable Community, I find myself needing the ability to share only a particular view of a base with guest users. Those guest users would be able to filter/order/show/hide (but not edit/delete/add) and create their own views and shareable links… in fact, it would be great to create a custom list of what this users can/can’t do.
