+6I’m using the same automation with the same attachments, but it only runs a few times within about 5 minutes and then starts failing repeatedly for 20-30 minutes.
I’m on a Business plan and have more than enough AI credits, so I don’t think it’s a usage limit issue. Does anyone know what might be causing this behavior?

Yeah I had this happen to me too when trying to extract data from an attachment
As a workaround I ended up using a field agent to extract the data as JSON and then getting an automation to parse that instead as field agents appear to have no issues with attachments. Not sure if that’s helpful!
