I'd like to draft a prompt for an ai field to carry out actions on a specific field in a base but this field may on occasions be blank. I get a “Required field is empty.” error. How do I structure my prompt so that the ai field ignores this field if it's blank but carries out actions on it if data is present? Thanks

+9I had this situation just yesterday, and here’s what I learned:
1. edit the AI field definition and look at the prompt
2. in the prompt, click on the field you want to leave blank
3. choose “Make Optional”
Optional fields will display with a dotted line around them.
