Hey everyone,  I'm James, Airtable's ANZ Country Manager, and I'm genuinely excited to see this community come to life for our Australia and New Zealand builders.

 

We've been building something special here in Australia and New Zealand for a while now, and the one thing that's always stood out is the calibre of people using Airtable to solve real problems in creative ways. This group exists to bring those people together.

 

This is a community for builders, by the builders, not a sales channel, not a broadcast feed. It's a space where practitioners share what's working, swap ideas, ask hard questions, and help each other go further. The incredible team at Nifty Solutions will be leading the charge as your community hosts, so you're in great hands.

      How has Airtable helped you unlock wins in your work: Airtable is the operating system for our marketing team across ANZ, CA, and UK. I've built our full project roadmap Airtable – tracking projects from brief to go-live, with project status, links and automated project summaries all in one place. 

      The biggest recent win was rolling out a Capacity Planning interface — tracking team allocations across Marketing & Creative with live staffing visibility. It replaced a messy spreadsheet process overnight. 

      I've also created an automated weekly status email that pulls live data straight from Airtable every Monday morning, keeping the whole team across our campaigns.

          How has Airtable helped you unlock wins in your work:
          Airtable's become the backbone of our database and onboarding workflows. We have 8,000+ speakers, and managing that at scale used to be chaotic. Now I use Airtable to centralise speaker data, automate data entry from LinkedIn and form submissions into structured records, track onboarding progress across seven phases, and link everything together; speaker info, creator fees, booking history, you name it. It's also let me build out performance scoring, freshness and keep 2 really busy departments running!
