How to enable Dark Mode:

  1. Click on your Account menu in the top right corner (your profile avatar)
  2. Select "Appearance"
  3. Switch to "Dark" or ā€œUse system settingā€ (which will follow your general system preferences)

Very nice! Well done! šŸ¤©šŸ‘šŸ‘

Ā

Love it, SO EXCITED! How about some dark mode interface love here, don’t the charts just pop more?

Ā

Also, now the final frontier is dark mode for the Airtable Community Forum, just saying 😜

Yeeeeeeeeeeeeeesssssssssssss thanks @Ayesha_BoseĀ I can now work double shift!Ā šŸ˜‚

🤯🤯🤯🤯

My comment about the community was made a smidge too quickly hahaha

Wow, that’s great !!!
Appreciate the code editor colours in AutomationsĀ
Wait, what’s that - looks like more good news to come šŸ˜€

That’s another great stuff. Before, IĀ had to invent my own coder/decoder to avoid storing secret keys as open text.

Ā

I just wonder - will Extensions remain light or it will be possible to make them dark too?

Love it!

A quick feedback:Ā In the data layer, the rows seem a little too dark though (which contrasts with the text too much), so a lighter color similar to what ChatGPT uses might provide a better contrast that’s easier on the eyes.

Awesome, thank you guys!Ā  It’s much appreciated.

Ā

I’m gonna have to agree with @Adnan Ahmed, though.Ā  I think the contrast could be adjusted a little bit.Ā  My team and I have been using Dark Reader for some time now to emulate dark mode, which we’ve come to really like (but takes up a lot of resources on our computer).

Ā

Here’s the comparison:

Ā

Airtable Dark Mode
Dark Reader Dark Mode

IMO, the dark reader dark mode is much easier on the eyes.Ā  Perhaps a compromise between the two would be better?

The team is so excited to have dark mode. It may seem like a small enhancement, but really seems to bring joy to the users.
