Available in AI Labs for Free and Teams customers as of April 23, 2026
Hey Airtable Community,
Today we're rolling out more 3rd party connectors for Field Agents — a major expansion that lets your agents read and write data from the tools your team already uses, right from within Airtable.
Field Agents now support 16 integrations, including 13 new ones:
Gmail · Outlook · Google Calendar · Google Sheets · Microsoft Teams · Notion · Zoom · Linear · HubSpot · GitHub · Amplitude · People Data Labs · Zendesk
...along with existing support for Google Drive, OneDrive, and JIRA Cloud.
How customers are using connectors
- Daily briefing: Each morning, pull the day's meetings and associated docs from Google Calendar and Google Drive to generate a prep brief with context and talking points for every call.
- Product launch readiness: Pull the latest status from Linear issues tagged to a launch, the PRD from Notion, and open customer requests from Zendesk to generate a launch readiness scorecard every week.
- Customer support escalation briefs: When a Zendesk ticket hits "escalated," pull the customer's recent support history, product usage data from Amplitude, and related Linear issues to assemble a full context brief for the escalation team.
How to get started
Workspace admins can enable AI Labs from Account > Workspace Settings. Once enabled, create a Field Agent and choose the connectors you need from the Tools menu. You'll authenticate your account to each service, and your agent can start pulling and pushing data right away.
Important details
- Connectors are launching in AI Labs for Free and Teams customers. Business and Enterprise Scale support will follow shortly.
- These integrations are built differently from those used in sync and automations, so you'll need to re-authenticate even if you've previously connected an account.
- A single field agent can use multiple connectors, but they must all be associated with the same user account.
- Field agents consume credits per run based on the volume of content sent to and received from the LLM. Data pulled from 3rd party sources counts toward that input.
We can't wait to see what workflows you build with connectors. Let us know what you think — your feedback while this is in AI Labs will help shape what comes next.
