Wednesday night was the first-ever Airtable Atlanta meetup, and I’m still smiling about how well it went. After spending a day or two to process and think over all the great ideas you guys gave me, I think next time will be even better!
We had about 30 people come out, and the whole evening had such a good energy. Everyone was friendly, generous with their ideas, and genuinely interested in helping each other. The food was delicious, the conversations were great, and we ended up staying longer than we even had the space reserved for!
I’m really grateful to everyone who showed up and helped make the first one feel so welcoming. My only regret is that my 7 and 9 year old professional photographers got distracted by board games, and didn’t get enough pictures 😅
I’m already looking forward to the next one, and I’d love your input as we plan it. Quite a few people mentioned they’d enjoy doing some kind of working dinner or luncheon next time, where people could bring their Airtable builds, projects, questions, or challenges and get advice and help from others in the group.
I love that idea, and I’d love to hear what you think.
What would make the next Airtable Atlanta meetup most helpful, fun, or valuable for you?
Thanks again to everyone who came out. I can’t wait to keep building this community together.
