In an email automation, I am trying to populate the "From" and "reply to" fields from a user card (see attached screenshot). However, when I preview the message, both fields are blank even though the field has a user card that is associated with both a name and an email. Is it possible to populate the "from" and "reply to" fields in this way?

You have to give it a test record to work with by testing (or re-testing) the trigger step.
