I'm wondering if anyone has a solution on how to pull in emails from Gmail so that I know what emails have been exchanged between me and a client?
I currently have a Zapier set up to push emails to a table in Airtable, based on a label "toAirtable" in Gmail. Is it possible to do this instead based on the email of the client? I would need to pass in the client's email as a variable but couldn't figure out how to do that.
The other challenge I have is, with the current implementation, since the Zapier is set up to push all emails based on a label regardless of which client it is, I now have to link those emails to the client. Is there a way to quickly index a table based on a particular column, or search by field value, without having to iterate over all the records?
