I wanted to ask, if there is an automation for following up on unanswered e-mails?
We are tracking our leads with airtable, and if someone doesn’t respond to our first mail, that we send out an automatic follow up E-Mail?

+5I would try something like using a combination with LAST_MODIFIED_TIME and/or the fact that a field stays empty. Using a view that shows only those records would give you the opportunity to send follow up mails. Is this any help?
+9I have written an article on how to send followup email using Airtable automation. Do note that you'll need to manually update the record when you receive a response.
If you want to automate the reply detection i.e. Airtable will automatically update the record when you receive a reply, you'll need a tool like Make or Zapier for this.
