Hi we have set up a new automation to run when a box is checked. Tests are working but when the automation is set live we don’t see anything in run history - appreciate your thoughts

Automated email not showing in run history
+35It will only run from this point forward when records are updated. It doesn’t go back in time and run for existing records that already match the condition.
