I think “Find Records” is no longer finding the records it used to find in some automatons - yet others are not affected. The failures seem to only affect certain tables and not others. I am in the process of assessing the extent of the problem.
For instance, I have a Find Record looking for a record in a “Production” table where the record ID number matches the ID number of a “Pool” table record. It used to do it with no issue (and still does it in some other automation) but it turns up with no records even when records have been selected under testing. This seems to result in error in the Update Record that follows the Find Record (see screenshot).
And when I try to message support, support doesn’t load at all.

It is hard to say, but I’m inclined to think that this is not a bug on Airtable itself, but related with your automation/data structure/actual data on your records. I’d be happy to hop on a brief call and go through it together.

Interesting! Could you provide a screenshot of how the ‘Find Record’ step is set up, as well as a screenshot of some data? If you could DM me a link to your base I’d love to poke at it to see what I could figure out too
