I'm here again with my automation not working correctly. The last time I was having this problem, it was because the automation was set to trigger on "Create new record." Having learned from that, I created this automation using a checkbox field update as the trigger. I just cannot see what I'm doing wrong.
I'll admit there's a problem with my trigger table - the Primary field is not being used properly. It was set up by my designer and I can't change it mid-season. Is that the problem? Is there any workaround?
It's just creating blank records.
