I've setup an automation email but it seems the formula field is not showing the value.

What is the expected value for the formula field? Does the expected value appear in the grid view for the record? Have you re-tested your trigger?

the expected value contains name and contact information. it works after doing a rerun.

could there be a delay in filling up the formula value? 

what could you suggest i can do as workaround for this bug?
