What is the expected value for the formula field? Does the expected value appear in the grid view for the record? Have you re-tested your trigger?

the expected value contains name and contact information. it works after doing a rerun.
could there be a delay in filling up the formula value?
what could you suggest i can do as workaround for this bug?
