I have an automation set up to find records based on a view.

In that view - there are 17 records.

When I test or run the automation, it only returns 10 records.

I can't figure out why this is dropping 7 records.

I've tried recreating the automation, and I still get the same issue.

I was thinking there might be an extra space. But I can't seem to find it.

Can you share a screenshot of how the find records step in your automation is set up?

I vaguely recall someone saying somewhere that tests only return up to 10 records. However, actually running the automation should return up to 100.

@Lindsay_Patross Kuovonne is right. I just tested it and for testing, it'll only show you 10 records.

If you encounter this when you actually run the automation, please respond back here with how your automation is set up with each step and any conditions, and we can troubleshoot more.
