Automation Not Sending Email after Successful Test

We have created an automation that is triggers when someone creates a new record by entering it through the form. Every test we’ve run has been successful so we recently switched the email address to be the correct end locations.
Upon switching only the to: email and keeping everything the same, the automation is still not running.
(I’ve saved, updated, re-tested) and we are still not getting the email to actually fire off.
Has anyone encountered anything similar? Thanks!

Are you on Airtable’s free plan? I ask, because this feature requires a Pro plan.

I am on a pro plan! I think i actually figured out that the email address we are sending to has blocked foreign emails so the. automation email isn’t letting it come through…
