I have a base that I use for onboarding new users. New records are created via a fillout form. I want to create a linked record in my Agents & Staff table, as well as my phone directory table when a new record is created in onboarding. I know how to link to an existing record, but I am stuck on creating a new record and linking.

When a record is created in Onboarding, create a record in your Phone Directory and in the linked field of your Phone Directory record, put the RecordID of the Onboarding record.
