Hi!

So, I tried an automation to send an email to some designated people from a list on Table 2 when a record enters a view on Table 1. The users are coming from a linked record from T1 to T2, but when I configured the automation, the system apparently didn't read the emails are emails so, so it failed to send anything. Am I missing something on how to do it?

Background: All of the users are Airtable users but they don't have access to the email accounts linked to those emails.

Hello,

I think that's because the "To" parameter is set on "Length of email" instead of value. Edit it by clicking on the "open arrow" and select "Value":

Pascal
