+21Welcome to the community, @Sunglasses_Direct! :grinning_face_with_big_eyes: I’m guessing that the due date you’re speaking of is somewhere in your table, correct? If so, you can use the “When record meets conditions” trigger, so that the automation triggers within a certain period of time in relation to that date. The action step would then be to send an email.
