Hi everyone,

I'm hoping someone can point me in the right direction.

This is my current automation trigger for sending off an SMS to participants linked to a session.

My concern is that I often have multiple sessions scheduled for delivery on the same day. I need the automation to trigger separately for each individual session, rather than just once for the date.

Has anyone found a reliable workaround for this? If so, I'd really appreciate any suggestions or examples of how you've approached it.

    If each session is a separate record in the database then your automation trigger is already set up correctly.

    Thank you for getting back to me.

     

    I’m still having an issue, however.

     

    I’ve currently got three records that match these conditions. The automation is sending the SMS to those three records, however each recipient is getting the message three times?

     

    Do you know how I might be able to fix this please?
