Hi all

Can someone please advise how to make an automation to occur for when a button is clicked ("complete in 'Next Action' field) this will match the Quantity Ordered number to Quantity Dispatched number so that Quantity Remaining formula shows as 0.

Alternative suggestions welcome 🙂 Just wanting an override in my system as Ordered doesnt = Dispatched

An option is to use the status "complete" as the trigger:

Set the trigger as follows:

And add an "update record action":

Airtable record ID comes from the record that triggered the automation:
