Hi, I have an automation set up to post in slack when a new record is created. When I test the automation, it posts correctly, but when I set the automation live and manually create a new record it does not post. I updated the automation this morning to use the new Form Submitted feature (which is really what we wanted originally) but the same issue occurs: the testing posts, but it does not work when live and a User submits a form. Any thoughts?

Hi Kamille, this has actually been resolved already. The problem was that our account ran out of automations for the month. Appreciate your help though!
