Hello,

I am new to Airtable. I run a storage facility and am trying to use the product to automatically update availability status when an intake form is submitted by a new customer. So ideally they would fill out the form, include their unit number on the form, and then an automation would change the availability status for that unit to Occupied in the table. However, I’m not sure how to use the same form for multiple units/records or if it is possible. I’m wondering if I should create a unique form for each unit but that seems like a lot of work and may become hectic. Do you have any suggestions?
