Do you know why this automation is not working right?
Basically for if the Designer IS:
And ANY of these status updates are made at any given point, an automated email will get sent to the designer.
But it’s not working right, any idea’s?

+15@ScottWorld So if I choose OR, when the Designer is selected because there is about 15 different designers. So with each designer selected only and when a status is updated at any time for any of the 5 selected, the designer only selected will receive an automated email? So selecting OR will achieve this?

If you need to combine AND’s and OR’s, then you’ll need to solve that back in your base. Either create a filtered view that triggers your automation, or create a formula that triggers your automation.
