Hi! I am trying to create an attendance form that is able to create multiple records from a single form submission. What will be most convenient for our users will be a batch attendance as they login and log out at the same time.
Im currently attempting this by using fillout forms. Im willing to try any options to achieve this result.

Image 1:  Rows 1 to 5 is the output that i want. Row 6 is what i get.

Try an interface! You can set up each record to "open record detail". Then customize the page to look similar to what you want your form to look like. When you include your vendor field, you can make it so users can create new records through a form and select existing records.
