Why am I no longer able to email customers automatically? This automation was working just fine before I had to update Zapier.

Yes, I moved it to a paid plan
+29Per your other thread, you are on a Plus plan, and you need a Pro plan to email. It also isn't clear what changes to Zapier you made or how that might affect things. Changes to Zapier should not affect this action because it does not involve Zapier.
