I have a multi-select column that occurs in several different tables on my Airtable project. Is there a way to sync the options that populate for these columns? For example, if I added "Clinical" as an option in Table A for that column then "Clinical" would also be added as an option in Table B & C for that recurring column. I would greatly appreciate any help with this!

I tried to do this through a sync but it didn't quite work the way I wanted it. Would love to be able to do this since I have a system that has common used multiple selects across programs
Might want to convert that multi-select column into a linked field to another table instead as that'll do exactly what you need. The user experience of the selection of the options will be different though
Keeping multi-select columns in different tables in sync is possible but would require a fair amount of scripting work and you'd need to hire someone to handle it unless you can write JavaScript yourself I reckon
