Create an HR table for assigning equipment to employees.

The goal is to have two options using an NFC tag:

1. Assign Equipment

   • Scan the NFC tag to assign "Tablet 1" to Employee X.

2. Check Assigned Profile

   • Scan the NFC tag to see who "Tablet 1" is assigned to and open their profile.

Additionally, the NFC tag should always display the information "Tablet 1" visibly.
