Create automation email for multiple linked (to a Company) records

Hi, we are trying to create an automation to send an email to a company with multiple linked records, but are unable to use a List view to do this.
Is there any way for us to send eg. ABC Logistics one email with multiple linked Allocations in a Grid format?
I have attached a few screenshots - of our List view and the email we are currently able to send (email is formatted how we want)
How would we go about setting up the automation - preferably don't want to have a separate automation for each Company name.
