Hi,

I am looking for an automation that would automatically staff a member (update record) in the PM field

PM Field: PMa / PMb / PMc

Project Phase Field: A / B

Rule:

Each PM can not have more than 4 projects in phase A

Each PM can not have more than 8 projects in phase B

PM with the least amount of total projects in phase A+B get staffed,

PM with the least amount of projects in phase A get staffed,

if all matches, randomly staff one PM.

if all PMs are overloaded, staff the one with the least amount of project in phase A+B

Would love to have help with the script for the custom rule above. Appreciate all the help and thanks in advance!!
